This Sound Bath will be focused on ADDICTIONS of all kinds and going within to CONNECT to the root of them.
This is an evening event on Sunday, March 19th 2023 from 7:00pm-8:15pm
LOCATION: Pinto Muay Thai : 693 N Valle Verde Dr Suite 7, Henderson, NV 89014
ESSENTIALS TO BRING:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow + blanket so you can be as cozy as you’d like
• Water bottle
• Optional bolster or pillow for under your knees…this helps relieve pressure of the hips while lying down
WE WANT YOU SUPER COMFY =)
ATTIRE:
• Comfy clothing
• Yoga wear
• Pajamas
• Sleep mask (if you would like to block out all light and go even deeper into relaxation)
