This Sound Bath will be CONNECTed to THE SACRAL CHAKRA, focusing on Creativity + Passion + Sexuality.
This is an evening event on Sunday, August 28th 2022 from 7:00pm-8:15pm
LOCATION: Pinto Muay Thai : 693 N Valle Verde Dr Suite 7, Henderson, NV 89014
ESSENTIALS TO BRING:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow + blanket so you can be as cozy as you’d like
• Water bottle
• Optional bolster or pillow for under your knees…this helps relieve pressure of the hips while lying down

ATTIRE:
• Comfy clothing
• Yoga wear
• Pajamas
• Sleep mask (if you would like to block out all light and go even deeper into relaxation)
