This Sound Bath will be CONNECTed to SELF LOVE & SELF CARE, dedicating your time to loving and caring on yourself. Everyone will be in their own safe container to rejuvenate, release cords and attachments, ignite a healthy habit of self care, and to fill one’s own cup of energy.
This is an evening event on Sunday, July 10th 2022 from 7:00pm-8:15pm
LOCATION: Pinto Muay Thai : 693 N Valle Verde Dr Suite 7, Henderson, NV 89014
ESSENTIALS TO BRING:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow + blanket so you can be as cozy as you’d like
• Water bottle
• Optional bolster or pillow for under your knees…this helps relieve pressure of the hips while lying down
ATTIRE:
• Comfy clothing
• Yoga wear
• Pajamas
• Sleep mask (if you would like to block out all light and go even deeper into relaxation)
PLEASE COME EARLY TO GET SITUATED AND READY TO GO ON TIME. DOORS WILL CLOSE A FEW MINUTES BEFORE EVENT STARTS. LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A NO-SHOW AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
