This Sound Bath will be CONNECTed to RELATIONSHIPS of all kinds, focusing on those you intend to strengthen, release, and/or attract.
This is an evening event on Sunday, February 19th 2023 from 7:00pm-8:15pm
LOCATION: Pinto Muay Thai : 693 N Valle Verde Dr Suite 7, Henderson, NV 89014
ESSENTIALS TO BRING:
• Yoga mat
• Pillow + blanket so you can be as cozy as you’d like
• Water bottle
• Optional bolster or pillow for under your knees…this helps relieve pressure of the hips while lying down
WE WANT YOU SUPER COMFY =)
ATTIRE:
• Comfy clothing
• Yoga wear
• Pajamas
• Sleep mask (if you would like to block out all light and go even deeper into relaxation)
