We will focus on the Mind-Body CONNECTion, resetting all energy fields and repairing the physical body unique to each individual

This is an evening event on Sunday, June 5th 2022 at 7:00pm-8:15pm

• Pillow + blanket

• Water

• Optional bolster or pillow for under your knees

ATTIRE:

• Comfy clothing

• Yoga wear

• Pajamas
